Lake Michigan Monster GenreBlast 2019 Review

Lake Michigan Monster GenreBlast 2019 Review

Synopsis:

An eccentric ship captain and a crew of specialists plot revenge against the most mysterious creature of the deep — the Lake Michigan Monster.

Review:

Lake Michigan Monster is a hell of funny and quirky film that ranks up there with Cannibal The Musical and the other Troma greats I wouldn’t be surprised if they held inspiration for this film which unlike anything you have ever seen after winning the Fantasia award for audience award it’s going to be on everyone’s radar sooner or later. The comedy in this is so spot on it makes you wonder if it can get any crazier and it does. What Ryland Brickson Cole Tews does as the director writer and star is just phenomenal it doesn’t happen often especially in the independent game we see it backfire more times than not but he really brings us something our die hard Troma fans would love and hopefully one day I hope Lloyd Kaufman will see this and tell us his thoughts.

5/5
